Vincent T. Pallaci's experience in the legal aspects of the construction industry began prior to his graduation from law school when he worked as a law clerk in a Manhattan law firm that represented contractors. Upon graduation he joined a firm that had a large part of its practice devoted to representing those in the construction industry. It was there that Mr. Pallaci began to to learn the nuances of the construction industry and had his first experiences with lien foreclosure claims and major construction defect litigation. Since then Mr. Pallaci has continued to represent contractors throughout his entire career and now practices construction law across the State of New York. He has represented numerous contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, materials suppliers and design professionals in various construction disputes in both State and Federal Courts in New York.
Every year since 2012 Super Lawyers Magazine named Vincent T. Pallaci as a "Rising Star" in the area of construction litigation - an honor reserved for only 2.5% of the practicing attorneys in the State of New York. Mr. Pallaci also holds an "preeminent AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating offered by Martindale-Hubbell.
